Colin McRae is originally from Winston-Salem, NC. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from East Carolina University. He later earned a Master’s of Healthcare Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia, located in Richmond, VA.
During graduate school, Colin was recruited by the Hospital Corporation of America, headquartered in Nashville, TN. Upon completion of an internship with HCA in Houston, TX, Colin was selected to participate in the company’s Chief Operating Officer Development Program.
Colin held COO positions with HCA in Houston, TX and Largo, FL before joining Tennova Healthcare’s parent company, Community Health Systems, in 2012. Since 2013, Colin has served as CEO of Tennova Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Jefferson City, TN.
Colin has been married to his wife Jodi, for 22 years. Together, they have two children; Aidan (13) and William (11).
