Rob is a certified coach with the John Maxwell team, and a DISC certified consultant. He is also a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered coach. He has coached and mentored hundreds of people and is passionate about what he does.

Rob’s coaching is focused on the ability to understand you: to think how you think, and recognize your perspective. With this as a foundation, he will expose you to a different paradigm of leadership. He expands your perspective until you see a more empowering form of leadership: that of the servant leader.

He offers two forms of coaching: personal, one-on-one coaching and group coaching.

Individual coaching uses the John Maxwell methods to create a strategic, powerful plan for you to gain clarity through a scheduled process of both face-to-face and phone interactions.

Group coaching deploys a number of tools and theories to assist the group with improving communication, cohesion, and accountability.

Training

We facilitate workshops and targeted learning efforts to strengthen servant leadership and interpersonal skills for leadership and management teams. We can develop an overnight retreat, full day, or half day programs, all tailored to meet the needs of your team.

Recent programs have included the online Maxwell DISC Personality Indicator Report with an individual debrief for each participant and a group summary grid. As a John Maxwell DISC Certified Consultant, Rob can incorporate this personalized group information into his time with your team.
