Founder and president of the Followell Company, Rob uses an engaging style to create an effective and positive experience for participants from all levels of an organization. An exceptional presenter, he uses real-life stories and examples to help participants translate complex concepts into practical applications. His focus is on the deployment of various tools, skills, and models in both individual and organizational settings. Rob’s life and work experience has been developed through varied industries including healthcare, banking, mental health, substance abuse, retail, music, and automotive. His specific areas of expertise include servant leadership, personal and professional development, team and organizational performance, and time/life management. Prior to founding the Followell Company, Rob was a healthcare executive for 25 years, where he led, developed and energized healthcare teams across 7 states. Rob’s mission is to contribute to the growth and development of others through mentoring, coaching, teaching, and speaking.

Vice President of the Followell Company, Khristina is an energetic and compelling speaker who uses a collaborative, client-centered approach. She is an inspirational and engaging individual who is able to quickly and effectively establish rapport with leaders due to her empathetic style and keen listening skills. Khristina creates an open, supportive, and trusting environment that encourages participants to self-reflect, develop self-awareness, and create positive behavioral changes. As a result, clients broaden their perspectives and are empowered to create actions toward their goals. Khristina’s life experiences are rooted in faith and include being a wife, mother, confidant, friend, and avid traveler. She has worked with non-profits, chambers of commerce, educational boards, churches and community volunteering.
