A servant leader shares power, puts the needs of others first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible. After twenty-five years as a hospital executive, Rob’s life-long vision of helping people develop and perform at their highest level became a reality with the Followell Company’s founding in 2017.

Rob’s hospital experience included working for eight for-profit companies across seven states. He was fortunate enough to have been a part of building three replacement hospitals and two physician-hospital syndications. He completed numerous large-scale expansion projects and developed new service lines. He recruited well over one hundred physicians and facilitated patient-centered culture change. Rob believes his greatest accomplishment was mentoring dozens of individuals to the executive level.

Today, Rob is a certified leadership coach and utilizes his passion, training, and experience to mentor, coach, and train others to grow and reach their potential. The Followell Company and its network of affiliated coaches possess a wide range of experiences, techniques, and coaching styles to meet your needs and those of your organization.
